Minimum 4 nights
Guests may take advantage of all the facilities at the February Point Resort, including tennis courts, fitness center and marina, which are subject to availability. Separate fees may be payable. Please ask at the February Point offices.
Occupancy - The property will sleep 4 adults comfortably. An additional temporary bed may be made available if required. The maximum occupancy is five persons.
Minimum Rental Period - There is a 4 night minimum rental period. Discounts apply to bookings of more than 7 nights duration. Please ask for details.
Booking and Security Deposit - A booking and security deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 60 days before scheduled arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds - The rental balance may be made by US$ check or US bank transfer. Major credit cards are also accepted. The deposit (less a $50 administration fee) is refundable if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 8 weeks of scheduled arrival.
Housekeeping Services - These are provided to guests on a weekly basis and include cleaning and linen change. Additional services are available to your requirements and are subject to an additional charge paid locally.
